Broker / Owner - Born in Naples, Florida, Timothy R. Henshaw arrived in Key West over 20 years ago to work in the restaurant business, which led him to owning and operating the Old Town Mexican Cafe at 609 Duval Street. In 1988, he received his Real Estate license; when he earned his Broker’s license in 1990, he purchased the building at 1109 Duval Street and took over the business as owner of Key West Realty, Inc., which is now entering its 15th anniversary under his ownership. In 2001, he purchased DIVA’S nightclub at 711 Duval Street which he sold and is now under new ownership, as Aqua. Currently Tim owns and operates KWEST and KWEST liquors at 705 Duval Street. Tim has served as a Board member for the Key West Business Guild, Secretary for the Key West Chamber of Commerce, and Property Management Chair as well as former President of the Key West Association of Realtors.
